これらが太る原因だとすると、全てやめて、

テレビを見ず、ゆっくり食べ、間食をやめ、ファーストフードに行かず、お腹が減ったときだけ食べ、運動をする時間を取り、太った友達に影響されず、睡眠はたっぷり取り、カロリーについて知り、クレジットカードを使わず、食事を飛ばさず、着心地のいい服を着て、体重計によく乗り、退屈しない生活をする…。

こうすれば痩せられるということですね。
